This Memorial Day post is dedicated to The Cuban Bullet, my late brother. Military veteran. Antonio Julio Soto III served in the US Army.

He got the nickname Cuban Bullet from his coach who was delighted by Tony's force and speed while running and tackling on the football field.

He graduated from Seton Hall University. He was a very open, warm, and caring person. We lost everything when we had to flee Castro's Cuba. Our family has always been hard-working and determined to succeed in America - and we did!

With only a few days remaining, and counting down the final phase to resolving the debt ceiling problem is upon the US.

Why won’t Republicans do their jobs by refusing to pay for the same tax breaks for the rich they claimed would pay for themselves?

America could fall behind on federal financial obligations unless MAGA Republican controlled Congress decides to respect the debts incurred and allows more borrowing.

How many kids must be slaughtered by assault rifle killers before the GOP realizes that #wethepeople are dying, while the NRA pays?

As you can see, this is the face of the GOP. Our solution won’t come unless you vote the bumbling puppets out of their jobs and replace them with ones that work for you. What’s going on here

Democracy and Criminal Justice Are Never Going to Get Along

American politicians are petrified about the Democrats and GOP and are having second thoughts about their candidates. 

Democrats are not enthused either about the possibility of turning The White House once again into an assisted-living facility.

As POTUS continues workin for all Americans, he says #MAGA Republicans in Congress would default on our national debt and destroy our economy unless they get their way. It’s more than irresponsible – and it’d hurt working families, the middle class, and our veterans the most.

We’ll need humanity to find unity for our international community of Arabs, Asians, Africans, Caucasians, Hispanics, Hindus…etc.

Our increasing geopolitical tension, along with the destruction of global unity if in fact it ever existed and the deepening of pre-existing inequities along racial, economic and religious lines should give us time to pause and learn from history.

Ball of Confusion with its topical concepts, from the title down, has persevered over five decades and is still relevant this year.

Please know that I have no political affiliation and that Republican POTUS George once recruited me to head a division at USIA-TV.

The path of Democrats became more of a party of the people, while the GOP was led astray by a media conglomerate and its leader:

Faux News and Rupert, Roger. Tucker, Laura, and Sean are some of the world's guilty who had already broken the Republican party before Donald took hold, but he pushed them over the cliff.
