OUT INCUMBENTS

Submitted by ub on

US Congress members and state legislators have increasingly grown lazy and voters should exercise their right to vote, to get representatives working again and staying away from special interests and corruption.

Some observers may say it is probably not possible if the past record is any indication, but dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery must stop immediately.

Existing holders of political offices could be replaced during the upcoming elections where priorities are defined, established to improve structural advantages for all Americans.

The Armageddon countdown clocks were back, ticking away the second quarter in the bottom of
our TV screens as the world awaited the June 23rd Brexit vote determining if Great Britain would
leave the European Union. The referendum was considered a joke until recent polls showed it
having a chance to pass which kicked the ruling class into gear saying the Euroskeptics should not
be taken seriously. President Obama went to London to warn against Brexit saying “The UK is
going to be in the back of the queue” when the US negotiates trade deals. His comments were

The whole world will be watching Cleveland this week to learn how the 2016 Republican National Convention pole bearers plan to solve our growing national dilemmas, instead of continuing their divisive anti-civil rights record.

As the Republican National Convention gets underway in Cleveland this day, with political stars which may have gone too far, the school yard name calling and the mudslinging should stop to explain how TRUPENCE plans to improve the US.

HEALTH TRENDS

Submitted by ub on

According to a recently released survey from Kaiser Health, in a campaign that so far has not been about policy issues, equal shares of voters name terrorism and national security, along with a candidate’s personal characteristics like leadership ability, character, values, and experience, as top voting considerations for the 2016 presidential election, with health care ranking further down the list with a cluster of other issues.

Liberty and Justice For All

We have no political affiliation but CITY IMAGES does firmly stand against violence, rising health-care costs, falling employment rates and politically divisive rhetoric.

The USA needs leaders who will continue to embrace the ideals that established: freedom of the press, openness to newcomers, equality of opportunity, public investments in research, infrastructure, and respect for everyone. This country became great by welcoming all cultures, races, religions and nationalities.

SWIM OIL SINK

If you decide to swim in oil, you will undoubtedly sink in oil. That is what has happened to Venezuela's economy.

Oil made Venezuela very rich, but now it’s forcing Venezuelans to become very poor. Supermarket shelves are empty; hospitals have no medicine; gangs are fighting in the streets over supplies. It's chaos and people are suffering.

Some warn that Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil's political money strength has been using Central Banks. Big money wants to control South America, and they are not going to let that happen.

CON GRACE?

Submitted by ub on

There is no grace going on there on Capitol Hill, and too much of a con job. Some ask where is it? Show me. Well, if progress is moving forward, and regress is moving backwards, what is Congress, a national con job?

The GOP lead congress has done very little over the past years. Call your representative and condemn them for their continual refusal to perform their jobs. Demand that constant bickering and personal attacks must stop.
