My moving memories of South Florida when streets were vibrant and full of clubs, hotels, assorted stores, head shops, and street life.

Florida Pop Festivals in the late 60s were touted as the first significant music festivals in the new Sex, Drugs, and Rock'n Roll long with Peace and Love cultural lifestyle.

I was there because I decided to leave my Northeastern lifestyle after attending grammar and high school there to seek higher education and a new beginning at the University of Miami and Florida International University, where I earned my BFA.

Harper was the perfect house pet, so she had a nice life for 15 years Harper was my youngest daughter's dog and a cherished family member. 

The love Sabrina felt for Harper was solid bonding because she offered a special sense of comfort, companionship, and joy that was especially meaningful for her who has loved Harper during her lifetime. Harper has transitioned and she is still with us.

Journalism is like intercourse: First, you do it for pleasure and fun, Then as friends and lovers, and finally you do it to inform.

Every one of us has experienced one of those days, or weeks, but this last one was a Hellish Week and we've had just about enough.

Take a deep breath. We’ve got this. Disconnect if we need a break. Remember healthy habits are important. Enjoy a moment or three of what you love most. Talk to a friend, family member, colleague, or your dog cat, gerbil, or fish. Remember, even small changes to our routine can make a big difference in managing stress.
