We’re not telling you to vote for any specific candidate, but we are asking you to vote. In order to cast a ballot, we must be legally registered. We have a Constitutional responsibility and we must exercise it before we lose it. https://vote.gov/

Regardless of what anyone says to scare us to vote one way or another, it is our individual right as an American citizen. The Voting Rights Act ensures that state and local governments do not pass laws or policies that deny American citizens the equal right to vote based on race.

50 years after Woodstock Americans living in #USA have evolved from the We and Us to the I and Me generation. Is this an egotistic trip of whiners? From weed stoned to clinging on the iPhone.

Whatever happened to flower power? Fifty years after 400K young people gathered together at Max Yasgur's farm in Bethel, New York, for the now-infamous Woodstock Music and Arts Festival, have Americans lost their way as the leaders of the free world?

Recession Returning?

As Germany's economy goes into reverse, the European nation shrank in the second quarter as global trade tensions hurt export-orientated manufacturers. China's economic growth has been systematically slowing down. The U.S. bond yield curve has significantly inverted, and all of these financial factors are sowing fears of yet another coming recession. This one is the #TrumpRecession - POTUS is scared about the economy, and it appears that he is setting up The Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell as his fall guy because nothing is ever his fault.

No one goes to watch movies hoping they will be disappointed, but a much anticipated night out under the stars to enjoy artistic films with #CityIsland friends and neighbors attracted a few dozen #ClamDiggers and #MusselSuckers who patiently

On Earth, there once were about 30 million km3 of total ice mass. The average temperature of an ice mass ranges between −20 °C and −30 °C. The core of an ice cap exhibits a constant temperature that ranges between −15 °C and −20 °C

As you will see an ice cap is a glacier, a thick layer of ice and snow, that covers fewer than 50,000 square kilometers (19,000 square miles). Glacial ice covering more than 50,000 square kilometers (19,000 square miles) is called an ice sheet.

New Issues Few Answers

As the can of worms opens wider, Americans should demand answers after accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein died in an apparent suicide inside his prison cell. Some are asking if Epstein's suicide feels like something concocted by Communist Russia?

The final determination was suicide but what about our federal prison system which has lost 12 percent of its workforce since the beginning of the Trump administration? Understaffing is such a chronic problem that prison officials now resort to untrained staffers pulling guard duty.

To celebrate our sixth anniversary, Yirong and I enjoyed a boat ride around the greatest island city in the whole wide world.

At the island of Manhattan, relaxing while we sailed under major bridges, unforgettable New York sights, and sounds.

We traveled from City Island, A Slice of NYC Paradise to the one and only Island City, called The Big Apple.

This is also the largest city in the United States by population and here's the reason why.

The weather was wonderful and our company could not be more delightful.

We're spending too much time staring at screens. Think about it. our heads are our largest and heaviest organ, which is held up by our relatively thinner necks.

If you're doing anything like I happen to be doing now, we spend a lot of time looking downwards towards our computer, phone, or tablet. While obviously not being easy on the eyes, science shows that "Tech Neck" is a real risk. The symptoms of tech neck begin with a minor stiffness or pain in our neck, tension in our shoulders, and a general aches in our upper bodies.
