The President takes an oath before entering on the execution of this special duty:—I do solemnly swear or affirm that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

He did not receive the popular vote, therefore considered the majority of voters casting a ballot. So what has now happened? Has the president failed to do his job to keep everyone in #USA united? Has he made America great?

WH Security Clearance

Starting today, White House employees who have had access to classified information under temporary security clearances will have them revoked.

A security clearance is a US Government determination for access to classified information. The term “eligibility for access” means the same thing as security clearance and is used in record systems and by personnel security specialists.

This move s part of a security overhaul in the wake of the Rob Porter domestic abuse allegations, which applies to employees for whom background investigations have been pending since June.

The common denominator of all forms of pay to play is that one must pay to get into the game, with the sports analogy frequently arising in politics.

In the betting world, a winning wager involves selecting the horse that you think will finish the race in first place. The Republicans won US Government control with a majority rule in Congress and The White House.

With a place bet, you win if your selected horse finishes the race in either first or second place. The GOP put all their money on what they thought would be a winning horse with a well-known name and a face.

The Russians Are Here

When I was a kid in Cuba, Russia took over with Castro's government support, his admiration, and assistance. Then I was welcomed with open arms in this great nation and watched "The Russians are Coming" - They're already here and making themselves at home. https://youtu.be/XBOQdkIu6fM

The fear is not that they're already in the US, but they are working while our administration appears to give the all clear. When has the president said anything negative about Vladimir Putin or The Russians?

Campus Free Speech

Submitted by ub on

As students become more vocal because they feel powerless and overlooked, free speech issues continue to heat up at schools throughout America and they will not be silenced.

The US Constitution First Amendment protects speech no matter how offensive its content. Restrictions on a speech by public colleges and universities amount to government censorship, in violation of the Constitution.

These restrictions deprive students of their right to invite speech they wish to hear, debate speech with which they disagree, and protest speech they find bigoted or offensive.

Ignore Him America

We’re strong enough to ignore his Tweets.

Ignore him because he only cares about Vladimir.

Ignore him because he’s so bad even on his Bigly good days.

Ignore him because all he's doing is talking and nothing has come of it.

Ignore him can’t do his job, so good luck getting him to do anything else.

Ignore him because this is not a golf game and Tweets shows a sense of insecurity in him.

Ignore him because you need someone who is going to make you better not make your life worse.
