Adult possession/use of cannabis is already legal in both Colorado and Washington. On Jan. 1, 2014 licensed retail sales of cannabis to adults is also permissible in CO. In WA, applicants are still awaiting for a license from state regulators.

Adults who are growing, holding and smoking marijuana to get high have already been acting legally in Colorado for more than year after a state constitutional amendment approved by voters in November 2012.

Let's make an effort to evolve into human beings who laugh with joy and delight and not mockery, who love unconditionally, and who do not resort to bullying others.

Our world faces a formidable hurdle if we want to restore a new and improved climate of trust, peace, goodwill, respect and equality towards all men, women, children and all living things.
