There is something else besides worrying about the economy that unite moms, dads and children these days.

They all appear to enjoy using digital cameras. Some even go as far as describing themselves MA-Memory Archivists. The latest digital cameras make it easier to take better pix.

Statistics indicate more photos are taken and shared during Fathers Day, Mothers Day and other major holidays.

The type of digital cameras vary with millions having been sold over the years. One thing for sure, there are new features constantly being developed and introduced into the marketplace.

Why is It That Most Women Behave Better Than Men?

Submitted by ub on

Perhaps more men could learn how to behave by taking lessons from our better half - WOMEN.
Men should consider following the behavior of those ladies in their lives as a very best role model.

Over the past few weeks, we have seen too many men behaving badly. The latest to re surface is John Edwards, who may be facing as many as five years in prison and tens of thousands of dollars in fines for allegedly violating campaign laws to cover up a love affair with a former staffer was photographed by the US Marshall's Office.

Celebrate Parents Day Everyday

Submitted by ub on

When I became an adult as a husband, then twice a father, now three times a grandfather, I found myself seeing my own parents less often and since they have both passed away, I miss them both each and everyday.

Since my career required me to live in different locations, I was not able to physically be with them, but I will always be by their side spiritually and emotionally.

I am glad that I was able to send them cards, gifts, and I always called my parents to tell them that I loved them.

Lehman Field Falls Short

Submitted by ub on

Lehman High School members as well as alumni of the HS football team are planning to file a law suit against NYC over an under-construction football field that will fall 50 yards short of regulation length.

The Bronx Football team laments having to play all its "home" games away. They say the city School Construction Authority inaccurately planned the $4.5 million field.

The Department Of Education says they never meant to replace the current 80-yard practice field with a full-size one because they claim the Army Corps of Engineers owns the property necessary to expand.

Get everyone into the picture. Get a group of loved ones telling their stories or jokes, laughing, singing, dancing or sitting around the barbecue grill.

Reshaping Politics

Our very own Bronx Congressional US Representative Joe Crowley D-NY could become on a total Weiner roll.

There are many possibilities flying around about Rep. Anthony (Looks like Beavis and acts like Butt-Head) Weiner. He can either resign, take a leave, face a primary challenge, or get redistricted out of existence. US Congressman Crowley has now emerged into this political mix.
