CITY ISLAND IMAGES TRANSLATIONS

Today’s highly competitive universe requires that news and information services of all sizes devote energy towards educating prospects and persuading them about the content’ value.

However, for some this changes when it comes to their international or domestic multicultural markets. The old belief that potential customers “probably speak English” is out-dated, therefore current research proves it to also be a barrier to international penetration.

City Island Images is available in 52 languages globally, so we could help overcome many typical communication issues.

The City Island Garden Club was founded by four women and now has ten times as many members. This amazing group is celebrating on Thursday, May 23 at City Island Yacht and Beach Club on Pilot Street.

The club's the lone survivor from its four original founding members, legendary City Island real estate broker Jacqueline Kall.

The organization meets on the first Monday of every month at the City Island Yacht Club, was actually founded in 1960, by City Island women who shared a passion for gardening.

Our younger generation could always follow Kall’s example. She has been heavily involved in the club since its inception, all the while building a growing business and raising a family, now being the head of her household.

SUPREME COURT - 2 DAY

Submitted by Admin on

In 1996, the US government defined marriage as between a man and a woman.

All of this could change if proponents of gay marriage succeed before the US Supreme Court.

For the second straight day, our nation's highest court will consider arguments in a high-profile case on gay marriage, which is turning out to be one of the hottest social issues in America.

RIP Anthony Lewis

Anthony Tony Lewis was a monumental figure of American journalism and chronicled our nation's civil and human rights story for more than 50 years in the pages of the New York Times and countless other publications. Losing him this week, at a moment when so many Americans are focused on the Supreme Court's DOMA and Proposition 8 cases, is a reminder not just of the marriage equality ideals that he and his wife--former Massachusetts Chief Justice Margaret Marshall--championed, but also of Tony's lasting impact on our public consciousness.
