Why are two major Communist countries joining forces to challenge the world's top, most advanced, and richest Democracy on earth?

Dole was the GOP Senate Leader during the final 11 years of his tenure, including three nonconsecutive years as Senate Majority Leader. 98-year old Bob Dole was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer earlier this year.
