The United States Geological Survey has reported that a 4.7-4.8 magnitude earthquake with an epicenter near Lebanon, NJ occurred at 10:23 am this morning.    

So far, there are no reports of damage or injuries.  Officials are monitoring all Emergency Management channels to determine if any further action is needed. Any necessary updates will follow.

There's something unusual about this real estate development in The Bronx. A series of leaks smack-dab in the middle of the 4-story building, with 16 units, a museum, and a community center.
