The Superintendent of Schools of the Archdiocese of New York has closed 12 Catholic schools. Four will merge into two.

Extensive broader community research, detailed studies, and careful deliberation and analysis went into the final determination of which schools would not reopen. Unfortunately, due to lower enrollment and shifting demographics.

NYC Council is asking Mayor Eric Adams to end the Trump Organization's contract to run a city-owned golf course in The Bronx.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wants another tournament, but this time in NYC. This is a country on the Arabian Peninsula in Western Asia that has a land area of about 2,150,000 km², making it the fifth-largest country in Asia. It is the second-largest in the Arab world, and the largest in Western Asia. There surely is plenty of room there to host any and all golf tournaments.

Trinity United Methodist Church on City Island once again hosted its annual Thanksgiving Service, followed by a traditional Thanksgiving Feast for all the huddled masses, which included an eclectic mix of individuals, who gathered to give thanks and to celebrate.
