The soybean, or soya bean, is a species of legume and, widely grown for its edible bean which has numerous uses.

Soybeans are a good source of protein. Not as good as meat or eggs, but better than most other plant proteins. However, you don't have to tell this to American farmers, who for years have been growing and selling them to many countries like China.

That was then, but this is now. Why has the Trump administration neglected American farmers? Is it time for @realDonaldTrump to come clean and tell them the real truth?

The Cuban government has announced that it will now officially celebrate independence day El Grito de Yara / Cry of Yara on October 10, 1868, as a declaration of Cuban independence, which began the Ten Years' War. That morning, after sounding the bell that indicated to his slaves it was time for work, they stood before him waiting for orders, and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes announced they were all free men and were invited to join him and his fellow conspirators in a war against the Spanish government of Cuba.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) https://www.ewg.org/ publishes a "Dirty Dozen" list that ranks the most popular fruits and vegetables based on their pesticide residue levels.

By analyzing pesticide residue data from more than 36,000 samples tested by the USDA and FDA, this year EWG found a total of 178 different pesticides on fresh produce samples tested - residues that remain even after items are washed and, in some cases, peeled.
