The first one was previously shot in the heat and killed. The second NY prisoner, David Sweat has been captured. He is one of two convicted murderers who escaped from a maximum security New York prison earlier this month.

Tornado and severe thunderstorm watches are in place through Saturday night for portions of North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota.
