The Oh Ohlympics!

The opening ceremony inside eerily empty stadium seats. Let the weirdness begin. The first reviews of the fan-less Olympics are in, and after watching The Parade of Nations on television we can say this event may be somewhat underwhelming.

But as they say, the show must go on. This term is used to say that an event must continue even though there are problems, and boy there sure is, the elephant in the stadium... The global pandemic.

The Big Apple and the surrounding boroughs offer one of the most fantastic health care systems available and access to amenities that can make it an ideal spot to live and also to retire.

New York City is a wonderful place for young people to study, also to work and play as well as for elderly retirees. New York, New York - A city so nice, they had to name it twice. Excellent public transportation, great cultural landmarks, a plethora of attractions, and lots of services that attract people from all over er the world.

Our number one fun in the sun preference is Orchard Beach, NY also known as The Bronx Riviera. The real reason is that it is next to our headquarters on City Island - A Slice of New York City Paradise.  https://www.nycgo.com/venues/orchard-beach. Don’t forget it: Orchard Beach is the gem of the Bronx! Make the most of your #SummerOfNYC and catch some rays and waves this weekend. #InTheBronx

I like to call City Island - A Slice of NYC Paradise because it is a quaint peaceful place on the most northeastern point of New York City.

The evolution of the idiosyncratic Choteo, inextricably linked to Cuban national identity and is illustrated through its rich cross-cultural presence in cinema, literature, theater, and, most significantly, journalism, television, and popular music.

Happy Fathers Day Weekend. Whether you're a father, or by marriage, or a parent who adopted. I love my kids and all my grandchildren.

However, I am a divorced dad living at a distance who at a ripe old age realizes a limited connection to my family. My adult kids are mostly married with children who know how to reach me. I always reached out to them and miss my DaD and grandfathers.

Reflecting Surroundings

Some may decide to call it playing and trying to please the crowd, I prefer to focus on reflecting the community that we want to serve.

With its Latino cast, the arrival of In the Heights on #HBO and at local theaters was billed as a milestone for Hollywood. However, Lin-Manuel Miranda issued an apology for the film not including enough black Latino actors.
