How long will Grand Old Piggies continue their false smear of a fear campaign against the #USA election they legally lost last Fall?

Hollywood loves happy endings, but even the most idealistic among us know they don't always last in real life. Sometimes, the happy ending is just the beginning of a larger story that winds down with someone, somewhere uncontrollably weeping.

A series of exaggerated battles give way to a bittersweet dramedy about the damage that can't be undone, even between people who believed in each other once but no longer can not. 

Willis Conover Remembered

As a former VOA Division Chief, I am proud to introduce those of you who may not know him to Maestro Willis Clark Conover, Jr.

He was a jazz producer and broadcaster on the Voice of America for over forty years. He produced jazz concerts at the White House, the Newport Jazz Festival, and for movies and television.

Todsy is his anniversary. May 17 marks the 25th anniversary of the death of Willis Conover, the Voice of America broadcaster who helped popularize American jazz worldwide.

The political version of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy gathered together to plan and punish a top GOP and coronate another Republican.

Kevin McCarthy was on the phone shouting at Donald Trump on January 6, according to Democrat Rep. Jim Himes, who adds “Now all of a sudden he’s making these pilgrimages to Mar-a-Lago and booting Liz Cheney from leadership.”

Live theatre is finally returning to NYC stages, and the lights will shine bright on Broadway, as shows will resume on Sept. 14.  

The coronavirus pandemic forced them all to close on March 12, 2020, and are now finally reopening.

Sabrina, and I got together for dinner last night in what could be described as an NYC blowout. We had fun, believe me.

I had not hugged my baby daughter, Sabrina for over a year, and needless to say, this magic was long overdue. We were hearing all about the projects she is working on, and listing to Sabrina tell stories about my youngest grandchild Olivia.

Prince’s life ended too short but his vision and music appears to live on for years to come. He died of an overdose an early age of 57.

Prince Rogers Nelson was an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, dancer, actor, and director, who was widely regarded as one of the greatest musicians of his generation.

It has been said that 51 years ago, Paul McCartney officially announced the separation of The Beatles. Since then all their fans say The Beatles gave us the ultimate tracks.

I have never believed that you have to be either a Rolling Stones fan or prefer The Beatles, this video came to me by chance. I don't remember how or why, but I was inspired by Lennon's confidence knowing he was a genius and knowing that everything he did is great.
