We wonder why Trump has slashed Obamacare's ad budget, as well as grants to outside organizations that are supposed to help consumers sign up? Obamacare 2018 enrollment clouded by uncertainty under Trump https://reut.rs/2lD20ST

Months of debate over replacing #ACA and healthcare reform have added to confusion over the exchanges but health experts and advocates also say ACA funding cuts have played a role. Just do it before 12/15.

Don't Be Rushing US

What is the reason for the Trump administration's tiny steps toward imposing sanctions targeting Moscow under a new US law by sending Congress a list of entities linked to the defense and intelligence arms of the Russian government?

It is the world’s largest nation, and perhaps POTUS has a vision many Americans have yet to see, like the fact that Russian borders European and Asian countries as well as the Pacific and Arctic oceans. Its landscape ranges from tundra and forests to subtropical beaches.

30th anniversary of the 1987 Crash

Reminiscent of the terrible 2005 Hurricane season, the third quarter of 2017 witnessed a series of
natural disasters which caused historic flooding in Texas, ravaged the entire Florida peninsula and
devastated the island of Puerto Rico. Out West, destructive wildfires are leaving some of
America’s finest wineries in ashes. All are producing promises of government assistance which
has economists busy calculating the stimulative effects of the increased spending. Replacing
almost a million cars in Houston and rebuilding homes throughout the affected areas are sure to

Politics As Usual?

While politicians on both sides of the aisle are retiring, a shake-up is urgently needed in all parties because too many longtime officials, members of Congress, US Senators, state and local politicians have become indebted to special interest groups by massive donations to their campaigns which represent dangers to our democratic system.

USA voters should consider a clean sweep and search for new leaders who are satisfied with their base salaries and work for the greater good of everyone.

Trump's Niger Problem

Submitted by ub on

Has Niger turned into Trump's Benghazi? A nation of nearly 21 million people, the Republic of the Niger is landlocked in Western Africa, named after the Niger River. An attack which resulted in the deaths of four elite US special forces with two others wounded when their unit, which was assisting local forces, was ambushed by local members of Islamic State in southwest Niger has drawn many questions the Trump administration apparently wishes to ignore with fake news. Congresswoman warns Niger ‘might wind up to be Mr. Trump’s Benghazi’ — is she right?

POTUS visits Puerto Rico for the first time since Hurricane Maria devastated the island last month. He visits during growing tensions with local Puerto Rican officials, most notably San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz, over relief efforts.

He witnesses storm damage from Hurricane Maria after Trump attacked Puerto Rican officials who criticized the federal storm response. Everyone will be watching to see how he is received on the US island. As of this week, more than half of the island's 3.4 million people don't have access to drinking water and only 5% have power.

Tax Reform?

During the last debt-ceiling crisis, business leaders sought a grand bargain to raise revenue and cut spending in the manner proposed by the Simpson-Bowles fiscal commission.

The tax-reform proposal announced by the White House and the GOP will do the opposite, adding trillions of dollars to US debt. If the business community still believes in fiscal responsibility, now is the time to speak up and say you're the boss. https://deargovernment.info/ https://dearmrpresident.org/
