These early Marilyn Monroe images remind me of my cub reporter days. I covered a Miss Nude World Pagent at a Florida nudist camp.

In the news environment, I was seldom exposed to nude photography, films, or videos. Although one of my first assignments happened to be of young ladies baring all.

Marilyn Monroe didn’t agree to this shoot easily, she knew that during a lifestyle and morality of the era, posing for any naked images could ruin her career. She eventually signed the release for the pictures: “Mona Monroe.”

Mi grand baby Olivia enjoys mindfulness meditation, which helps to cultivate a sense of self-awareness, of your body, of your breath, of your emotions, your feelings, your beliefs, your thoughts, but you're staying connected to a state of peace.

A study published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience found that meditation might have a lasting effect on the amygdala, the part of the brain that processes emotion.

Our number one fun in the sun preference is Orchard Beach, NY also known as The Bronx Riviera. The real reason is that it is next to our headquarters on City Island - A Slice of New York City Paradise.  https://www.nycgo.com/venues/orchard-beach. Don’t forget it: Orchard Beach is the gem of the Bronx! Make the most of your #SummerOfNYC and catch some rays and waves this weekend. #InTheBronx

There are so many other affordable places to visit during your next USA Staycation. The other top ones are in TX, FL, and MS

The Carters are celebrating their 75 years of marriage today. They are the longest in presidential history. Jimmy, 96, and Rosalynn, 93, mark this special occasion in the town where they met nearly one hundred years ago.

May God continue to bless this amazing couple of love birds in paradise after a young midshipman needed a date one evening while he was home from the U.S. Naval Academy, in Annapolis so his younger sister paired him with a family friend who already had a crush on him from way back.

As we approach the anniversary of her death, it is most important to recall Celia's life of music and her patriotic integrity.

Úrsula Hilaria Celia de la Caridad Cruz Alfonso, known as Celia Cruz, was a Cuban-American singer and one of the most popular Latin artists of the 20th century. Cruz rose to fame in Cuba during the 1950s as a singer of guarachas, earning the nickname "La Guarachera de Cuba"

On this Independence Day,  Americans should be free from voter suppression and the deprivation of Our God-given rights: “that all men are created equal, that they are endowed ... with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

The Fourth of July is USA Independence Day and a federal holiday since 1941, but the tradition of Independence Day celebrations goes back to the 18th century and the American Revolution.

Blondes Have More Fun

As Krysten Sinema and Liz Cheney apparently agree on saving the Senate filibuster in US Congress, are these blondes having fun?

Blonde hair is seen as the most covetable color among women since it's rare but not quite as polarizing as the redhead. And yes, it's true: Blondes really do have more fun or are at least seen that way, anyway.

While studies have shown that blondes are considered more approachable, other women tend to be rated higher for attractiveness and are assumed to be more intelligent and capable.
