California was once home with my wife and kids, but when I got divorced, I turned over the deed to my ex-wife and two daughters.

Today, there are few places left where I can afford those outrageous real estate prices that have gone through the proverbial roof. 

Luckily, some places in Northern California are still high, but not like The Southland.

Saint Augustine is often portrayed holding a flaming heart to indicate his great personal charity.

He preached love of neighbor as the way to serve God. In the emblem of the Order it reminds Augustine's followers that they must practice and preach charity toward God and each other.

There's something unusual about this real estate development in The Bronx. A series of leaks smack-dab in the middle of the 4-story building, with 16 units, a museum, and a community center.
Our mold issues have continued for a couple of years and the management claims to be working on it.
