What a difference a few weeks makes. After 4,556 cases of coronavirus and 85 deaths from the pandemic so far, POTUS now says the American economy may be heading towards recession, which he has described as the invisible enemy, but others fear we’re already there and going nowhere. Dow dropped below 20,000 for the first time since POTUS took office. http://howlonghasdonaldtrumpbeenpresident.com/

Money Downer

A neighbor just approached me to ask if he should buy the unit he is renting in our condominium. I told him the building is great, but the board is not effective and the management company is even worse.

I added that there is mush work to be done and that in NYC everything is done by the book.

Also, my daughter Sabrina is an interior decorating expert and she has taught me a thing or two. Here my suggestions to hire a contractor, while keeping your budget sanity and costs under control. ‪Lets hope you do not get stuck in a money pit.

Dangerous POTUS

Submitted by ub on

The question that all Americans should be asking themselves today is our nation better off now than we were three years ago?

Does Trump expect that voters will all be exhausted by all of this and we will turn away? For the sake of our democracy. we must deal with this cancer today.

There are clear and present dangers of normalizing POTUS policies, his attacks on our natural resources, on justice, the racism, the misogyny, his demonization of the free press should make all Americas see that supporting him masks an increasingly and alarming incoherence!

Stacking The Deck

Is POTUS trying to recreate the bench in his own image of white, male and conservatives? There appears to be a whole lot more to the story of Trump's unqualified judicial nominees.

Trump judicial nominees have caught the public spotlight for good reason, Besides their inexperience is obscuring an even more troubling story about what is at stake and that is there are many more vacancies on the bench.

The I Word Impeachment

Following a thorough investigations there may be an impeachment, which is achieved after a legislative body files charges against a government official. However, it does not always result in the removal from office. It is a statement of charges, just like an indictment in criminal law.

#POTUS had another bad day in court and so did #realDonaldTrump.
Congress is following the Dollars and perhaps Rubles and it may not be long before #WeThePeople know where it’s coming from.

A second judge refuses to block US House subpoenas for #TrumpBank records.

Killing USA Softly

Submitted by ub on

Defenseless #USA is a serious thing to say but being without a Pentagon Chief and Secretary of Defense is yet another way POTUS has failed to drain the swamp today.

Also, his Muslim ban, reducing regulations, Summits with dictators and thugs, while at the same time alienating our allies have had no real staying power.

Mexico Will Never Pay

Submitted by ub on

Do the math, the currency exchange rate between 1 United States Dollar equals 19.49 Mexican Pesos. How many pesos are 8 Billion Dollars?

Trump promised over and over again that Mexico would pay for his wall, so why does he now want American taxpayers to pay? And since we do not even know if @Realdonaldtrump pays any taxes, why should #USA be forced to pay?

Between a Brick Wall and Hard Steel Plates

USA taxpayers have been listening to lies for too long and this may be the right time for Americans to make a collective new years resolution and demand government in the sunshine.

This nation needs truthful, ethical and law-abiding elected officials to fully understand their entire job description. They work for -We The People and must take the meaning of the term public service seriously.

Will GOP Cut Social Security?

Submitted by ub on

The Republicans partied too hard when they gave all those tax cuts to the rich, despite warning this would definitely happen to US.

Corporate welfare mastermind and Republican Senator Mitch McConnell rejects abolition of unpaid for subsidies, handouts, giveaways and bailouts to big businesses, including his Koch brother paymasters. He is calling for desperately needed Social Security and Medicare "entitlements" and the American public has to stop the GOP from doing this to you and me.

US Infrastructure Repairs

Submitted by ub on

What’s happened to POTUS promise to repair America's basic physical and organizational structures of buildings, roads, and power supplies which are crucial for the operation of our modern society?

Another empty promise to repair the fundamental facilities and systems serving our country, cities, and other areas, including the services necessary for its economy to function?
