While US Attorney General Bill Barr may insist on protecting POTUS, he is being grilled by Congress over the next days.

First, members of The Democratic majority US House of Representatives, followed by Republican-leaning US Senators, who may be mounting a political pressure campaign to insist on the release of the full version of Bob Mueller's #TrumpRussia probe report.

Bridging The GOP

Did anyone really believe The President and his Republican puppets when they vowed to repair our crumbling infrastructure?

There is an alarming need for funding #USA infrastructure projects. America's infrastructure poor grades from public engineers with rightening examples of highways and bridges in disrepair. Besides the threats to public safety, unreliable infrastructure is a competitive disadvantage that costs the economy billions in lost productivity every year.

Collusion Diffusion

Why are Republicans doing their best to fool the public and obscure the fact there’s an actual #TrumpRussia report few have yet to see?

While the press and the public at large are being told the Mueller report may not have found POTUS guilty of crimes, Americans are probably guilty of their own wrongdoing by becoming complacent with the problems plaguing the Constitution and #USA democracy as well as the leadership.

CC Top Collusion and Confusion?

The political weather outside is frightful, but why does The White House feel really delightful? @POTUS calls it a collusion delusion.

It may be because reportedly, only one administration official has allegedly read that reportedly 380 pages Robert Mueller Report of the #TrumpRussia Investigation. #RTR As Congress unanimously voted for its release and the American public agrees, it may be up to the courts to decide.

PP Time?

NO, not that PP, focus and please get your mind off the infamous tape, for now, I am referring to #PentagonPapers #RTR #ReleaseTheReport.

There is no way the Barr read the Mueller report, analyzed it, and wrote his cliff notes summary in less than 48 hours. It does not matter that he had an army of FBI agents helping. Billy, you have lots of explaining to do!

Lying In State vs Lying To The State

Submitted by ub on

Lying in state is an honor reserved for select elected officials and military officers. They are granted the honor of having their casket placed in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol for public viewing. Members of the armed forces guard the casket, each representing one of the branches, and periodically rotate. Customarily, only Presidents, military commanders, and members of Congress lie in state. Contrary to POTUS claims, the National Cathedral likely approved McCain's state funeral arrangements, and authorization from Congress is needed for lying in state at the Capitol.

Mexico Will Never Pay

Submitted by ub on

Do the math, the currency exchange rate between 1 United States Dollar equals 19.49 Mexican Pesos. How many pesos are 8 Billion Dollars?

Trump promised over and over again that Mexico would pay for his wall, so why does he now want American taxpayers to pay? And since we do not even know if @Realdonaldtrump pays any taxes, why should #USA be forced to pay?

How Does It Feel?

Could it be happening here again that our government has decided to make a list of anyone who speaks for truth and justice for all?

Are we still living in a Democracy, is it a Monarchy, Republicanism, ToTaliTarianism, Fascism, DicTaTorship, Communism, or oliGarchy?

An enemies list is the name of what starts by identifying political opponents who are compiled by government officials who they feel are subversive, or somehow threaten the state, if they dare to disagree or question certain actions.

Awful Lawful?

We can't see the forest for the trees is an expression used when details of a problem are overlooked. The Republican-controlled Congress has been too involved in the wording of bills that they couldn't see the forest for the trees.

By focusing on what is officially defined as illegal or criminal, while a more serious threat to democracy is left out. This threat is caused by predatory practices considered to be skirting the letter of the law, but have multiple adverse social consequences.
