A potent system will bring hazards and some record high temperatures to the eastern half of the U.S. this weekend.

Significant icing and snow will impact portions of the Plains, Midwest, and New England, with heavy rain and flooding just south of the wintry precipitation. Severe thunderstorms in the South could include damaging winds and tornadoes.

The powerful storm will deliver nasty weather to Americans living along the central, southern and eastern country this weekend.

The World Atlas claims there are approximately 4,444 cities on earth with a combined population of around 100,000 people.

Which #Mega #City is the largest and the best one in the globe?

SPOILER ALERT 🚨

Some lists place Tokyo as the largest city in the world, but I live in the greatest city on earth and I have traveled around including Japan, and China, so I think Shanghai takes the top honor when the entire municipality is counted as one city.

This is not only the first full moon of 2020, it is also a wolf moon shining on Friday.

The name wolf came about because wolves were more often heard during this time, according to the Old Farmer’s Almanac.

Other nicknames include the cold moon, the old moon, and the great spirit moon. At the same time, a penumbral lunar eclipse will be visible in some parts of the world.

To put this in perspective, for poker players the probability of getting a royal flush in poker is at 1 in 649,740, and the probability of an amateur hitting a hole-in-one in golf is hundreds of times as great, at 1 in 12,000.

Not four of a kind, but three this time. Three family members deciding to step away from the British Crown today and be part-time Royals. The UK is not OK -Liz is pissed.

Real Truth Decay

The naked untruth is that too many players are resorting to fake photoshopped images and edited videos that can be deceiving and appear real to the naked eye.

As the 2020 presidential election approaches, some politicians and other candidates are being singled out for vile abuses. The spread of misinformation and bad-faith conjecture in our “post-truth” world has inflamed tensions and inspired violence.

Three #USA presidents have considered an operation to kill #Suleimani, but only one of them came up with a different answer under circumstances unlike those experienced by his two predecessors.

Who is the only one that keeps on bowing down to #Russia and #Putin no matter what our intelligence community tells him?

As a child, I enjoyed many happy memories of my parents celebrating 3 Kings Day.

Today is January 6 and on the year 0001, The Epiphany was first celebrated. This is a Christian feast day for the revelation of God incarnate as Jesus Christ, according to Western Christianity.
