Brits and Americans are divided by attitudes toward the House of Windsor. Why are there different reactions to Harry and Meghan Markle’s Oprah interview? What is the attraction to learn about The Royals who're among the most dysfunctional families on earth?

Last night, I was channel surfing and stopped to watch #MSNBC’s @Lawrence on cable TV. O’Donnell, whom I had met years earlier when Lawrence was a guest on The McLaughlin Group program I was co-producing. On last night's show  Lawrence was interviewing Aaron Sorkin and Sasha Baron Cohen about their award-winning film.

After voting to acquit, #MoscowMitch McConnell was slamming Trump for his lies leading up to Jan 6 and the violence at the Capitol. McConnell’s vote to convict could have changed everything, but he may have left his spine in Kentucky.

There are explanations why Trump is sitting at home on his gold toilet while his lawyers speak for him, instead of personally testifying.

He is not participating in his own Senate trial because he may end up on a criminal trial and is scared of showing up and saying anything at his impeachment trial that can be used to convict him.

Who was a one-term Lame-duck full-time golfer and should have could have, would have been a president for all the people of USA?

There is nothing grand about a Republican party that boasts 44 Republican Senators who reject the truth, the Constitution, and a couple of hundred years of Democratic Self Governance.

The president of the whole Mar-a-Lago Club digs a deeper hole that may be difficult to escape even for a BS artist and demagogue.

The US Senate begins former president Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial today in an unprecedented Congressional action.

Trump failed more than 60 court challenges in his false narrative that our election was stolen, so why does he keep lying about it?
If Senate Republicans wanted to they could unite this great nation by convicting Donald Trump showing he is a no good liar
