The archbishop, whose powerful voice helped slay apartheid in South Africa, and earned a Nobel Peace Prize in 1984 is dead at 90.

The South African anti-apartheid campaigner, Nobel Peace Prize laureate, and Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu was one of the world’s most revered religious leaders, died in Cape Town. This loss will be felt all over the world. A peacebuilder and a humble person; a joyful sense of humor and one who experienced and helped his nation confront a serious problem.

On earth, we worship in various ways and many faiths. From tribal beliefs to organized religions. Science proves to be our best option.

Meantime, we hope you get some time to relax and reflect on all you’ve accomplished this difficult year.

I want to share a very personal moment with all and have decided that the best practice is to say that  I must confess in public.

Therefore from now on and evermore, I will look in the mirror before correcting others’ mistakes. The wise words for his flock from The Holy Father.

Catholic prelates are at odds over whether any politician who supports abortion rights should be allowed to receive Holy Communion.

A prelate is a high-ranking member of the clergy who is ordinary or who ranks in precedence with ordinaries. The word derives from the Latin prelates, the past participle of preferred, which means 'carry before', 'be set above or over' or 'prefer'; hence, a prelate is one set over others.
