If you feel muddled by this alphabet soup of names, it is easy to see why there is so much confusion about generational cohorts.
While some individuals are special and do not follow the trend, many appear hyper-individualistic or resistant to responsibility beyond themselves and some in their inner circle, while others are deeply collective and cause-driven. The bottom line is most don’t shive-a-git.

SOCIAL MEDIA & BOOZE

Social media and alcohol claim to bring people together, but in many cases, it's the opposite. Designed to connect the world, it frequently amplifies hostility, rewards division, and gives a megaphone to negative messaging. What is marketed as community can quickly become conflict, revealing a gap between the image social media promotes and the reality it sometimes produces.

The Washington Post was once a journalism powerhouse, with 130,000 print and 2.5 million digital subscribers. A third of its staff have just been laid off. The Washington Post, currently owned by Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos, fired hundreds of journalists and staff. Was the desecration of the Oval Office decorated with the gaudy, tasteless decor that inhabits a real estate mind of Donald Trump the scene of a strange meeting between the mayor-elect of New York City and President Trump’s “be nice” to a spirit that looks exactly like a living person, or someone who looks exactly like someone else but who is not related?

A "devil with a red tie" is a popular culture image of Satan wearing a business suit and a red tie to appear sophisticated. The red color symbolizes the devil's association with authority, and power, while the tie adds a modern, almost corporate, twist to this classic character.
Fashion becomes theology. Clothing and personal style are deeply significant cultural phenomena that reflect and express a person's core beliefs, identity, and worldview, much like religious expression.

Two Cuban-American senators have built their brands on exile, but lost touch with the soul of their own culture.
Rubio and Cruz’s version of Cuban identity is political theater. The real Cubano is far more generous.
I knew Celia Cruz, but not as well as my mom and aunt. Celia was a Cuban singer, born 100 years ago in October 1925, in Habana, and is known as the "Queen of Salsa." I dedicate this to her living spirit. My late aunt introduced me to the song posted below.
