An unprecedented and intimate tour de force of original reporting on the Trump presidency from Bob Woodward. POTUS says he wanted to downplay #COVID19 to avoid panic. How does that square with a #CamPain of hate and fear? For years he has tried to spread fear, scare tactics, by creating panic.
