Diversity Trumps Woke

Principles of freedom and diversity, equity, and inclusion may sometimes and perhaps increasingly disagree and often collide.

The notion is wrong in suggesting that freedom must always prevail in this clash of values. This conclusion is terrible not just as a matter of principle but also as a matter of law.

No matter how revered the rights conferred by the First Amendment are undoubtedly some of our most revered, they are never absolute. As a matter of law, even the most fundamental rights can be infringed if necessary to achieve some more pressing public purpose.

Words To The Wise

Why have we, as a bright civilization, reached a state, where we accept that all sorts of uneducated nutcases are habitual liars?

In my first classroom, I remember our teacher repeating, "a word to the wise is sufficient."

Too many individuals who call themselves leaders or public servants inflate themselves as fake experts in all fields.

Today, most stupid people claim to have all the answers, while all the intelligent ones continue asking questions.

Knowledge, gained through studying new information, consists of vast data storage.

As Americans celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, let us never forget that it is up to every one of us to stand up for our rights.

While racism still endures to this day, everyone, everywhere should stand up against racial prejudice and intolerant attitudes. Be a human rights champion and #FightRacism today and every single day.

Unfortunately what I’ve seen that actually ends up getting blog readers to change their minds about us is just realizing that they’re missing out on an opportunity

There are some holiday traditions that most know about and others that are not as well known, according to my research.

For example, Jewish folks like Chinese takeout for Christmas, and the Japanese prefer Kentucky Fried Chicken. This is according to one of these ladies who is a Japanese Jew by marriage and she confirmed this practice with me.

WE ARE FAMILY

Just as this great nation came together after 9/11, come together after Trump's indicted for a 1/6 attempt to overthrow our government.

A divided nation should learn from World Cup athletes on settling our internal disputes. We must see through the smoke screen that the twice-impeached, loser liar has managed. He has now been referred by Congress for criminal prosecution and has got nowhere to run, except to Putin his puppet master.

Anti Social Twitter

#CityImages was expecting Twitter to act the way it now is; We warned you long ago. and that is why we have moved on to Mastodon.

The bird has now suspended the accounts of a few high-profile journalists who have blown off the smelly odor of a medium-sized semiaquatic rodent. MuskRata are found in swamps and wetlands over a wide range of climates and habitats.  Like many journalists and news organizations will always continue to hold accountable all who are either in power or think they are.
